About the Role

The Logistics Documentation & Scheduling Specialist is responsible for keeping the department organized. This role manages documentation, installer records, project files, and delivery schedules. You will ensure that all documents are properly filed, schedules are updated, and logistics activities are aligned with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • File and maintain job orders, delivery receipts, QC forms, and installer documents.
  • Schedule deliveries, installers, and site visits based on project timelines.
  • Update trackers, calendars, and project status logs.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of filed documents.
  • Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding schedule updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Detail oriented, systematic, and able to meet daily deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Work Setup & Schedule

  • Onsite at G/F YMC Building, 2320 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Magallanes, Makati
  • Mondays to Saturdays - 9:00AM to 6:00PM
