Job Description:

  • Oversee and coordinate project logistics, material movements, and inventory management to support field operations.
  • Monitor material requests, deliveries, and stock levels to ensure timely availability for ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with field teams, suppliers, and warehouse staff to align project schedules with material requirements.
  • Track, update, and reconcile inventory records using Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software.
  • Support project managers in documentation, reporting, and coordination of project-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety practices in handling and storing materials.
  • Provide regular updates on material status, potential delays, and risk mitigation measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related course.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or material inventory, ideally in telecom, utilities, or construction (experience in Telco materials handling is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems, warehousing practices, and material tracking.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software (SAP, WMS, etc.).
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with field teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based project environment.
