Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project in Charge at Masaito Development Corporation, located in Cavite. The Project in Charge will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and standards. Duties include coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals; monitoring project progress and budgets; ensuring project deadlines are met; and maintaining accurate project documentation. The role also involves conducting inspections and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.

Qualifications
