Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitors stock movement on a daily basis. Handles reservation of items if there are stocks that needed replenishment especially those items that need to convert ASAP.

Monitors the average monthly sales and the stock inventory status, raw materials, production and supplies and finished product. Forecasts per item based on monthly forecast set for the year end and sales movement.

Prepares analysis reports and initiates the necessary action as approved by immediate superior to ensure availability of stocks of the brand.

Handles replenishment of stocks from procurement, preparation of the necessary documents, approval, and delivery of products or materials. Facilitates mobilization of production up to the production of finished products.

Ensures that products are produced according to specifications and in a timely manner. Follows systematic and orderly procedures on procurement, processing of orders, documentations, delivery of materials and production.

Prepares product costing analysis and proposed selling price based on required mark-up for approval of immediate superior.

QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.

Proficient in MS Excel), MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

Well-developed analytical skills, articulate, innovative and confident.

Flexible, able to work on own initiative, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, prioritize tasks accordingly.

Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time
