DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct daily inventory counts of frozen meat products
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update Netsuite systems.
  • Verify outgoing and incoming shipments
  • Perform regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock expiration, report near-expiry items to manager, and manage returns.
  • Prepare inventory reports (daily, monthly), analyze data, and address discrepancies.
  • Process return/replacement forms, manage product picking, packing, and shipping
  • Process fulfillment of orders
  • File and organize inventory records
  • Strictly adhere to company food safety policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Must have background on ERP Softwares
  • Understanding of Food Safety Management Systems principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work near Del Monte Ave, QC.
  • Mondays to Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Inventory: 2 years (Preferred)
