About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join the dynamic team at KIMSTORE ENTERPRISE CORP.'. In this fulltime, office-based role in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's inventory management processes to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse and monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and forecasting trends to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and procedures to minimize stockouts, overstock, and wastage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory planning, ordering, and distribution
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to provide visibility on inventory performance and support strategic decision-making
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse and logistics staff on best practices in inventory management
  • Store and Warehouse Visit for weekly/monthly audit and inventory.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar inventory management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Proficient in the use of inventory management software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a strong aptitude for numerical and quantitative analysis
  • Knowledgeable in SAP B1, Odoo is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory control best practices
  • Willing to work full time on site and field base nationwide.
  • Can start ASAP with complete requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
