Role Overview
This role involves working closely with a partner bank to provide clients with tailored financial solutions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals understand and choose products that meet their protection, savings, and investment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with bank customers to understand their financial goals
- Recommend appropriate financial products and services
- Build strong relationships with bank staff to create a steady client base
- Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up regularly with leads and existing clients
- Meet performance targets while upholding professional and regulatory standards
Ideal Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Driven, professional, and goal-oriented
- Willing to be assigned to a bank branch location
