Role Overview

This role involves working closely with a partner bank to provide clients with tailored financial solutions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals understand and choose products that meet their protection, savings, and investment needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with bank customers to understand their financial goals
  • Recommend appropriate financial products and services
  • Build strong relationships with bank staff to create a steady client base
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up regularly with leads and existing clients
  • Meet performance targets while upholding professional and regulatory standards

Ideal Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Driven, professional, and goal-oriented
  • Willing to be assigned to a bank branch location
