Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a well-rounded and top-performing TS Engineer with experience in handling IT products and solutions, specifically in the Data Center and Command Center. You will be responsible for proactively engaging in pre and post sales support.

· Have an extensive knowledge of the company's products and services.

· Knowledge in delivering technical presentation of our products & solutions.

· Perform technical support for customers either through email, phone and onsite.

· Provide technical services such as installation, deployment, integration and implementation.

· Assist and support the sales team in closing a deal if needed.

· Make technical calls and client visits to provide support as and when required.

· Develop and cultivate positive relationships in handling customers' needs.

· Perform internal IT support through various tasks and assignments as required.

· Provide other technical-related tasks and responsibilities for the efficient operation of the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

Product Knowledge, Project Management, Critical Thinking, Active Listening, Relationship Building, Teamwork, Flexibility, Time Management, Strategic Thinking.

Relevant Working Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in Data Center technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
