ob Description:
DTN is now hiring a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer for our Infrastructure Linux team You will be joining a team of Infrastructure Engineers responsible for the server environment across our on-premises datacenters and be a vital member in our migration to a cloud-based infrastructure.

This position has broad responsibilities across the company. Security, operations, upgrades, patching, and support will be part of your daily activities along with helping define how servers are built and deployed in various cloud providers using infrastructure as code.

What you will be responsible for:

• Administer and serve as company expert for Linux server fleet across multiple distributions
• Develop automation solutions to efficiently manage server infrastructure at scale
• Implement and maintain secure Linux environments, including monthly patching cycles and security hardening
• Lead cloud migration initiatives with emphasis on AWS architecture and infrastructure as code
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development and operations teams using Agile methodologies
• Participate in on-call rotation and improve monitoring/alerting systems
• Interface with senior management on infrastructure strategy and technical recommendations

What you will bring to the role:

• 5-7 years' experience in Systems Administration.
• Strong technical knowledge of multiple types of Linux systems and software, including but not limited to RHEL, Oracle, Ubuntu, Debian, Solaris.
• Deep knowledge and experience with bash and other scripting, automation, and deployment tools. Recommended experience with Python, Puppet, Ansible, and Terraform a plus. Demonstrable experience implementing a CI/CD pipeline.
• Cloud fundamentals with experience working with and deploying cloud-based systems, primary on AWS.
• Experience with datacenter concepts and best practices, high-availability systems, capacity planning, system performance evaluation, service level indicators, service level objectives, least privilege, and diagnostic methodologies.
• Project management and task breakdown experience. Confidence to make strategic recommendations to senior and executive level management as well as all levels of internal/external service partners.
• Experience with designing and running systems that hold PII.

Compensation:
The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 105,000 and PHP 150,000 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experiences, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
