Company Description

RCC Colab Solutions Inc. is an IT software solutions provider and consulting services based in Makati. We offer personalized business solutions to address company pain points and ensure scalable solutions for improved business operations and rapid growth.

User & Business Requirements:

● Maintain secure, high-availability AWS-based infrastructure

● Scale resources based on load and business cycles

● Implement robust backup and disaster recovery

Functional Requirements:

● Manage AWS services: EC2, RDS, EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch

● Automate and monitor:

○ Health (CPU, memory, latency)

○ Uptime and alert thresholds

○ Auto-scaling and cost optimization

● Backup & DR:

○ Daily incrementals, weekly full backups

○ RTO ≤ 4 hours, RPO ≤ 30 minutes

○ Conduct DR tests quarterly

● Generate monthly infrastructure performance and cost reports

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics &

Communications Engineering, or a related technical field

● With at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Infrastructure

● Experience in monitoring, scaling, and DR strategy implementation

● Available for 24/7 support rotation or on-call for urgent incidents

● Must be able to respond to outages or DR events quickly (within SLA targets)
