Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents (both physical and digital).
  • Encode Sales Data
  • Purchase consumables
  • Monitor and encode all fixed assets and office consumables
  • Monitor company vehicles (registration, maintenance, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to different departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • With at least (4) four years of administrative or clerical work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
