Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course related to
  • finance, business management or accounting courses
  • With at 3-5years experience managing a team in from financing or banking institution
  • Expert in sales & marketing, and ability to understand the clients needs.
  • With network and experience in handling personal and/or commercial loans
  • With knowledge in personal and other sales-financial services
  • Excellence in written & verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Possesses good coordination & cultivates good interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Loan Application. Manages the entire process of loan application in
  • refinancing/personal loans.
  • Risk Assessment. Analyzing financial information, risk ratios, and making
  • recommendations on loan approvals.
  • Client Relationship Management. Building network and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing guidance on refinancing/personal loan options.
  • Sales & Marketing Development. Achieving loan volume targets, identifying new business opportunities, and cross-selling other financial services.
  • Compliance & Documentation. Ensuring compliance with relevant standard regulations, preparing and reviewing loan documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Performs other related functions as directed by the Immediate Superior.
