About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Staff to join our dynamic team at JG Manpower & General Contractor Services Corporation. In this full-time position based in Paranaque City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our diverse workforce, ensuring timely and compliant compensation for our valued employees.

What you'll be doing

Calculate and process biweekly payroll for all employees, including salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings Maintain detailed payroll records and documentation in compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations Liaise with HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries Prepare and submit all relevant payroll tax filings and remittances on time Assist with the implementation of new payroll policies and procedures Provide support for year-end tax reporting and other ad hoc payroll-related projects

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in a payroll processing role, preferably within the Accounting or Payroll industry Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees and stakeholders Thorough understanding of local labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
