Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting systems
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations
  • Maintain organized and updated financial files and documentation
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed
  • Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (preferred but not required for entry-level)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
