Profile Requirements

  • Technical Experience:
    Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network administration, infrastructure support, or IT operations.
  • Networking Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching.
  • Infrastructure Support:
    Experience with servers, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
  • Troubleshooting Skills:
    Skilled in diagnosing and resolving network performance, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.
  • Security Awareness:
    Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, network hardening, and monitoring tools.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft/Azure infrastructure certifications.
  • Communication Skills:
    Clear written and spoken English for coordination with internal teams and global stakeholders.
  • Team-Oriented & Proactive:
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Network Monitoring & Maintenance:
    Ensure stability and performance of LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN connections, and wireless networks.
  • Infrastructure Support:
    Maintain and troubleshoot servers, storage systems, and virtualized environments.
  • Cloud & Hybrid Support:
    Assist with the configuration, deployment, and monitoring of cloud services (Azure/AWS) integrated with on-premise systems.
  • Incident Response:
    Resolve escalated technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • System Upgrades & Patching:
    Apply updates and security patches to infrastructure systems and devices.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    Maintain accurate records of network configurations, support tickets, and IT processes.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with IT Managers and enterprise administrators to deliver reliable infrastructure services.
