We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, market research, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. As we are a startup without a dedicated marketing department, this role is ideal for someone who is independent, resourceful, and eager to take initiative in shaping our marketing strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Support in drafting press releases and email marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand market needs and preferences.
  • Assist in identifying potential marketing opportunities.

Campaign Support:

  • Help in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.

Collaborative Projects:

  • Support cross-functional teams with various marketing tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Independence: Willingness to work in a startup environment without a dedicated marketing department, taking initiative and working proactively to develop marketing strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php4,000.00 per month
