About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' team as a full-time Customer Service Representative (Virtual Process) based in Cebu City, Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through virtual channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer interaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  4. Providing product and service information to customers, and educating them on the company's offerings
  5. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the virtual/remote environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  6. Fluency in both English and Cebuano/Tagalog
