Operations and Maintenance Engineer Officer

Your bite-size role:

Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for Operations and Maintenance to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems in these facilities.

The ideal candidate should exhibit high standards in communication to partners and clients being an ambassador of Power 4 All. With a strong ability to initiate and deliver committed tasks ensuring utmost success in this multifaceted role.

Your role has a wide range of responsibilities:

• Conduct checkups and repairs on systems and equipment.
• Regularly monitor and inspect equipment and systems within wastewater treatment and renewable energy facilities to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of parts to prevent breakdowns and maintain efficient operations.
• To ensure a safe working environment, adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Equipment and systems should be tested to ensure appropriate operation.
• Provide and create scheduling for manpower including timeline of activities.
• Conduct monitoring, inspection, testing and troubleshooting procedures to address different operations and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain thorough records of all your testing, maintenance, and repair work.
• Discuss equipment and system problems and fixes with customers, vendors, and other interested parties.
• Develop preventative maintenance strategies by keeping an eye on systems and equipment to spot potential problems.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or operational issues promptly. Coordinate with relevant teams to perform necessary repairs.
• Engage in continual professional development and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with other technicians and operators to achieve operational goals and respond to emergencies effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and compliance documentation. Update operation and maintenance manuals as necessary.
• Collect and analyze data related to process efficiency, energy production, and environmental compliance. Make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

Who we need for a high-performance team:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and potentially on a rotating shift schedule.
• Previous experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in wastewater treatment or renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of success in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including knowledge of circuitry, wiring, and controls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
