
Customer Service Rep

Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City
What You'll Do:
- Being the first point of contact for our customers.
- Providing general support and building engaging relationships on every customer call or interaction.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints and feedback.
- Work towards the Customer Care team KPIs and targets set by the management team.
- Report and document any kinds of issues to the responsible departments.
- Actively suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes.
- Being an expert regarding company policies, tools, and systems
Qualifications:
- At least High school graduate
- Must have 1 year and above BPO experience
- With good to excellent communication skills

- Php 25,000 BASIC SALARY + 3,000 NTA
