Fixed-term contract: 6 months

Work arrangement: Hybrid (3x a week onsite)

The Operations Excellence Leader is responsible in driving governance and streamlining daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to process. He/she is also responsible for tracking the sales numbers based on RF targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish & own governance around S&OP L1 SIM process as per the playbook. Ensure that respective functional owners publish outputs from these meetings. Highlight challenges (and escalate), as appropriate.​
  • Backlog reconciliation and book to bill processing with tight coordination with sales operations and GSC.
  • Set up governance to deliver all initiatives under the Annual Execution Plan (AEP). Work with the initiative owners to monitor progress and highlight roadblocks, if any​
  • Drive initiatives through the services operations organization to improve productivity through labor utilization (Utilization rate/ Absorption/ billable rate/ overtime rates), efficiency (Deviation vis-à-vis Standard time), ​
  • Support Operating Model transformation & compliance​.
  • Monitor the health of the Balance Score Card for the territory and bring in the required focus where required​.
  • Be the custodian of the company's Performance System framework for process maturity
  • improvement. Work with different process owners to ensure compliance with the guidelines​.
  • Lead the tools & process deployment in country.
  • F2O and PM2O tracking and payouts

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
