Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on trends and practices related to the company's system development.
  • Coordinate and monitor project status with the Implementation Team Leader and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret customer requirements for system setup.
  • Maintain documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Ensure proper project implementation from start to finish.
  • Follow the project plan and timeline.
  • Provide support for system functionalities and issues, meeting service level agreements.
  • Deploy system updates and assess their impact on business processes.
  • Communicate customer change requests to the product team.
