Division Chief Financial Officer

We seek a visionary leader to pioneer the development of a groundbreaking financial ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and evolving cutting-edge, AI-powered infrastructure that supports the rapid growth of multiple educational ventures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and refine a streamlined, AI-driven financial system supporting rapidly scaling educational businesses
  • Develop strategic Design Decisions that revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes
  • Provide expert feedback on Deep Dives and Improvement Plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues
  • Promote strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence
  • Orchestrate seamless large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or comparable roles) with demonstrable advancement
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity organizational structures
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms, from either perspective
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement
  • Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
