Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Support marketing activities (e.g., social media scheduling, basic content creation, and market research)
- Help in finance tasks such as organizing receipts, scanning invoices, and preparing reports
- Participate in HR activities including recruitment assistance, updating employee records, and scheduling interviews
- Provide support during company events, meetings, and staff coordination
- Perform errands when needed (internal/external)
- Contribute to special projects or cross-department initiatives
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration and open to an HR internship position
- Flexible, eager to learn, and willing to work across various departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Can work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Trustworthy, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Canva & Capcut is an advantage but not required
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 1-3 months
Pay: Php100.00 per day
