JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , BS Industrial/ Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business course or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-3 years experienced employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position is available.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in the Quezon City Head Office.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Supervise recruitment activities of promotions, productions, staff level to supervisory positions from prescreening to placement following the standard hiring procedure .

  2. Implement various recruitment strategies in different social media platforms and job portals.

  3. Conducts re-assessment interview for staff level and above positions; employing competency-based approach. Endorses short-listed candidates to the HRMD Manager and or to the Office of the President (for certain level and critical positions) for further interview as the need arise;

  4. Prepares newly hired employees' 201 file, employment contract, and other pertinent documents for employment;

  5. Monitors manpower requirements of respective departments;

  6. Maintains pool of candidates by monitoring existing files of applicants for future requirements;

  7. Establishes and maintains network with various schools and job agencies to improve sourcing; and

  8. Prepares recruitment, headcount, personnel movement, and other manpower reports.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

  1. Coordinates with department heads, supervisors in the implementation of company and HRMD policies and programs, when necessary;

  2. Assists in the continuous evaluation to improve HRMD plans and program to ensure compliance with ISO requirements;

  3. Functions customer service in the absence of person in-charge;

  4. Carries out special tasks or projects that may be assigned; and

  5. Performs work meeting customers' and other regulatory requirements to support achieving of quality objective, consistent with the quality policy, of the unit.
