Job Summary:

The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient document control, and validating pre-count inventories prior to month-end physical counts. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation. The specialist also assists in printing delivery receipts (DRs) from SAP, adheres to safety standards, and performs additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control:
  • Oversee and manage the overall inventory process, ensuring accuracy and consistency in inventory records.
  • Validate actual pre-count inventories prior to TCL's month-end physical inventory, ensuring all counts are accurate.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory counts by coordinating with the Warehouse Manager, Foremen, and co-workers.
  • Document Control:
  • Ensure all inventory-related documents are properly arranged, labeled, tagged, and stored securely.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized documentation for easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the printing and processing of Delivery Receipts (DRs) from SAP as needed.
  • Discrepancy Management:
  • Communicate inventory errors or discrepancies to relevant parties promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and other key personnel to resolve any issues encountered during inventory checks or document control.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety standards, operating procedures, and warehouse regulations.
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained in the inventory storage areas.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to support efficient warehouse operations.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and document control.

Reporting head: Warehouse Manager

Work schedule: Monday–Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
