Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Social Media & Video Content Editor to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality digital content. This role is perfect for someone who can craft compelling stories from events, interviews, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle footage. You'll elevate the brand's online presence by producing short-form, long-form, and consistent social media content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit raw videos into short-form content (30-second clips for Instagram Reels/TikTok)
  • Produce long-form videos (5–10 minutes) for YouTube
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Monitor and respond to comments with professionalism
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest content improvements
  • Manage community interactions and flag important comments for review
  • Research and recommend tools to optimize video production
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic
  • Repurpose video library into fresh, engaging content
  • Stay updated on social media trends, especially for luxury brands

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven video editing experience with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency with CapCut, Opus Clips, or similar software
  • Strong understanding of social media content optimization
  • Experience with short-form and long-form videos
  • Keen eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Comfortable working EST hours (9 AM–1 PM EST preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Understanding of viral content trends
  • Experience in community management and audience engagement
