We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Content Creator to design, build, and enhance digital learning experiences for our organization. This role will collaborate with Training, Quality, and Operations teams to translate business learning needs into engaging, instructionally sound digital modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain digital learning modules using Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar eLearning authoring tools.
  • Apply strong instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Develop course content, visuals, interactions, and assessments aligned with training objectives.
  • Prepare, upload, and manage eLearning courses on LMS platforms, including SCORM packaging.
  • Update learning materials based on new information, feedback, and business needs.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to convert technical or operational content into clear, user-friendly digital lessons.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation of course delivery methods.
  • Provide development support and guidance to Training & Quality teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in digital learning, eLearning creation, education, training, communications, multimedia, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital learning design or curriculum development.
  • Hands-on experience using Articulate Rise, Storyline, or other eLearning development tools.
  • Proven experience producing eLearning modules for corporate or educational settings.
  • Experience preparing and managing LMS content, including SCORM files.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially for content creation.
  • Creative, detail-focused, and able to solve problems using experience and sound judgment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Works well independently and with moderate supervision.

This is a Hybrid setup with 2x RTO in Paranaque, NCR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
