Billing and Operations Assistant (Full-Time | Onsite)

Location: Basak, Mandaue City

Starting Salary: ₱15,000/month (with potential increase as the company grows)


What You'll Do
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients
  • Record receipts and track collections
  • Follow up on client payments through chat, email, or phone
  • File and organize accounting and compliance documents
  • Schedule and coordinate messenger deliveries or submissions
  • Encode and submit tax returns in eBIRForms/eFPS
  • Help maintain compliance reports (alphalist, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Support other admin and operations tasks as the company grows

What We're Looking For

Graduate of Accounting, Management Accounting, or related field

Familiar with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail), accounting software, eBIRForms, or willing to be trained

Keen to details, systematic, and honest

Quiet but proactive — can work independently and spot what needs to be done

Willing to grow in a small but dynamic business
