Liaison Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand the process of the DPWH, LLC Local Government, Private Companies, Other Agencies and other clients of PARDC regarding billings, collection, permits, letter approvals and activities needed/concerns with our daily admin and Operations.
  • Submit the documents needed in the office for the project requirements, permits, memorandum, contracts and other official documents to the assigned personnel in the agencies.
  • Inform immediately the office any information from DPWH, LLC LGU and other agencies.
  • Authorized personnel to get any official documents.
  • Authorized to get the check and issue OR or acknowledgement.
  • Coordinate with the DPWH, LLC LGU and other clients, personnel or claims in terms of billing and collection.
  • Ensure to complete the checklist of the billing and collection.
  • Daily update of billing and collection to the management.
  • Ensure to escalate any issues and concerns regarding documents, billings and collections.
  • To follow through the route of approvals of documents and understand the process and object.
  • Authorized to buy bid documents and drop offs during bidding.
  • Authorized representatives during pre-bidding conference.
  • Assists the team during preparation and actual bidding.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any bachelors
  • With good communication oral and written
  • Flexible and trustworthy
  • Preferably with relevant experience the same field
  • Preferably with motorcycle with license
  • Can start ASAP
