Accounting/Financial Assistant

Responsibilities:
- will be helping with onboarding new sales rep recruits for the client, which includes adding them to pay systems, ordering tools and merchandise, and planning travel;
- will be handling Bookkeeping, Quickbooks support, billings, and invoices, tracking commissions for sales reps;
- arranging travel plans and itineraries;
- general administrative tasks such as updating documents, organizing and preparing reports or presentations, email and calendar management,
- Web research: researching important data, statistics, and facts for presentations or blogs.
- do some light designing for event promos, graphics, and social media
Important Reminders:
- must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office
- must be willing and able to work the night shift
- must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts
- must be able to start right away
Qualifications:
- has experience with Bookkeeping and Quickbooks or a financial background
- has knowledge about commissions or payroll administration
- basic graphic design skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Proactivity and self-direction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
