Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Direct Lines Sales Unltd. Inc. Full time

We are hiring Account Officers for Commercial Vehicles to drive sales and manage accounts from commercial vehicle dealers (trucks/buses) and clients. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, sales drive, and the ability to independently manage account pipelines aligned with credit and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new accounts through commercial vehicle dealers, agents, or direct clients
  • Pre-screen and qualify accounts in compliance with credit policies and risk protocols
  • Negotiate financing agreements and terms with clients or dealer partners
  • Collect and ensure submission of all required documents for successful booking
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain performance against marketing and credit KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to process accounts efficiently
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally with field exposure
  • Background in banking, leasing, or financial services is a plus Competencies & Skills
  • Must have on-the-road experience and a valid driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Results-oriented with good negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage fieldwork responsibilities
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite and visit dealer locations as required
  • Trainable and eager to learn new tools and industry practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
