Job Description

  • Maintain quality and consistency levels of production and presentation in Baking different kinds of Bread
  • Monitors inventory, ordering and checks quality of baking ingredients
  • Maintain and set sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards in work areas
  • Develop, implement, and execute all pastry and bakery menus for all culinary area
  • Performed other related that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-Year Course in Culinary Arts or its equivalent
  • With at least 1 year work related experience as a Baker
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible in terms of working hours
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizing skills
  • Can start immediately
