We Are Hiring Call Center Agents & Appointment Setters

Location: Tawala, Panglao Island, Bohol, Philippines

Account: Australian Day Shift (Voice Account)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated Call Center Agents and Appointment Setters to join our growing team. You will handle outbound/inbound calls for our Australian clients, assist customers with inquiries, and set appointments for our sales team.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 months BPO experience (required)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be willing to work on-site/office-based in Panglao, Bohol
  • Highly motivated, punctual, and a team player
