  • Effective collaboration with various internal departments, external vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during the logistics process.
  • Knowledge in logistics management software and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing logistics strategies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, overseeing release of goods for delivery and pickup, and returns or replacement of goods.
  • Coordinating shipment schedules, managing routes, and negotiating with carriers for cost-effective transportation.
  • Working with warehouse department, sales and delivery team.
  • Using logistical data and analytical models to optimize supply chain processes and make informed decisions.
  • Maintaining and reporting accurate records of inventory, transportation, and other logistical information.
  • Resolving delivery-related issues and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Assistant in maintaining maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels
  • Manage and monitor the performance of entire fleet, routing and scheduling planning
