Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management or related field.
  • Proven experience outsourcing and or related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Handle project outsourcing requirement including commercial and supply. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills Willing to work in GENSAN area.
  • Know to drive 4-Wheel and has Driver Licensed ( 1,2 restriction)
  • Can start ASAP.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check auto-replenishment every morning and in the afternoon in WMS and prepare the materials.
  • Release materials to the technicians.
  • Conduct inventory count on a weekly basis and submit Inventory Records Accuracy (IRA) report
  • Update serial numbers of CPEs released in the maintrace report
  • Liquidate serials on the maintrace report based on system closing.
  • Check inbound materials if quantity delivered is exact based on the MRF.
  • Scan serials of CPEs then submit to Supervisor for consolidation 8. Maintain standards of workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
  • Adhere to all FDC Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with the policy and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain inventory and stock control system for all materials.
  • Execute other FDC tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
