Qualifications & experience

  • Prior experience in a warehouse distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment is highly beneficial.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff, logistics, sales, and accounting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate data entry and management.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels and order status.
  • Maintain system documentation.
  • Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales to understand their needs and provide system support.
  • Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Analyze data trends and patterns to support business strategies
