  1. Develops and implements a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the assigned project, ensuring alignment with project objectives and indicators.
  2. Regularly collects and analyzes data related to the assigned project's interventions in partner sites.
  3. Works with project staff to document progress of project implementation against indicators and ensure high quality progress of the project towards its goals and objectives.
  4. Prepares timely and accurate reports on project activities, achievements, and challenges to ensure compliance with reporting requirements outlined in donor agreements in collaboration with the project team.
  5. Facilitates regular learning sessions and knowledge-sharing activities among project stakeholders.
  6. Ensures transparent communication of project progress and outcomes to internal and external audiences.
  7. Responsible for improving information management, data quality, strengthening knowledge sharing and learning across the project team.
  8. Collaborates with project teams to identify lessons learned and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of interventions.
  9. Monitors and updates risk assessment documents as needed.
  10. Provides training and capacity-building support to partner B/LGUs and stakeholders on monitoring and evaluation processes.
  11. Engages with local communities, LGUs, stakeholders to gather qualitative data and feedback on the impact of the assigned project, while fostering strong relationships to ensure their active participation in monitoring and evaluation activities.
  12. Travels across municipalities of all sites, as well as participates in the development of new projects.
  13. Participates and complies with relevant monitoring and evaluation requirements for the project, as well as for the organization-wide monitoring and evaluation, the Conservation Project Management (CPM) database, DOST reporting, and others as may be required.
  14. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
