About the Role

Our client is looking for a resourceful
WordPress Web Developer
to join their growing in-house team. This is a full-time role where you'll take ownership of a content-rich, marketing-driven website — building new pages, enhancing existing content, and ensuring top performance, accessibility, and functionality.

You'll work closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly digital experiences while collaborating with IT for updates, integrations, and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do

  • Build, update, and maintain website pages using WordPress
  • Implement content updates, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and security patches
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards and UX/UI best practices
  • Manage hosting, DNS, and server performance in coordination with IT
  • Integrate tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, analytics tags, ATS plugins)
  • Apply SEO best practices and ensure mobile responsiveness
  • Partner with marketing/creative teams on landing pages and campaigns
  • Stay updated on WordPress plugins, trends, and optimization techniques

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing WordPress websites
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with CMS tools and custom themes (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.)
  • Familiarity with
    Google Tag Manager, SEO basics, and form tracking
  • Bonus: Git/version control experience
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven sectors

Work Setup

  • Manila-based, in-office to start, then hybrid
  • Collaboration with U.S.-based teams; most work during Manila hours
