Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist (Institutional Sales) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth from institutional clients such as corporations, government agencies, schools, hospitals, and other large organizations. This role focuses on understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term partnerships that contribute to the company's market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the institutional market segment.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new institutional accounts through market research, networking, and direct engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in organizations.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and business proposals to institutional clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to deliver client requirements effectively.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
