Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls, networking, trade shows, referrals, and social media
  • Ask discovery questions to assess technical needs, budget, and ROI potential, ensuring alignment with solution offerings.
  • Present solutions and conduct product demonstrations on-site or virtual to technical teams and executives.
  • Handle consultative negotiations that balance client goals with profitability, and secure sales that often exceed quota.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Ensure complete customer success with installation coordination, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical account management.
  • Generate and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM and spreadsheet tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, machine/hardware sales, or business development in B2B environments.
  • Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, networking, and converting technical leads.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at delivering technical and value-based presentations.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close deals while balancing technical specifications and margins.
  • Comfortable tailoring solutions to customer needs.
  • Organized and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
