About the role

PTC Commercial Corporation is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business objectives and provide strategic advice
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on account activities and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis and new product/service offerings

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing strategic accounts
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities to deliver creative solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
