Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product management, and finance teams to gather market intelligence and incorporate it into the demand planning process.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes of forecast errors, and implement corrective actions to improve forecast performance.
  • Prepare and present demand forecasts to senior management, highlighting key assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Work with supply planning and procurement teams to ensure that production and sourcing plans are aligned with the demand forecast.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of demand planning processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in demand planning software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
