Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor company safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and identify workplace hazards.
  • Lead safety orientations, trainings, and toolbox meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with local safety standards (DOLE, OSH).
  • Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams to enforce safe work practices.
  • Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions to avoid risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field (preferred).
  • With valid OSH training certificate (SO2/SO3).
  • At least 1–3 years experience in safety or construction safety.
  • Strong knowledge of DOLE and OSH guidelines.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Willing to be assigned/relocate depending on project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php25,000.00 per month
