Automation/Manual Software Tester
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-5 years of experience in software testing Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
  • Experience with test case design, execution, and defect reporting
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira) Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)
  • Strong programming skills in any languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of different testing types (functional, regression, integration, system, UAT)
  • Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, qTest)
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) API testing knowledge (Postman, REST/SOAP) RestAssured, Postman/Newman, SoapUI
  • Framework development experience (TestNG, JUnit, pytest, Mocha) Version control systems (Git)
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Plus Points for Korean Language Skills:
  • Ability to read and understand Korean technical documentation, requirements, and specifications
  • Capability to write test cases, bug reports, and technical documentation in Korean
