Job Description

The Branch Supervisor manages the store and the retail staff; plans and conducts activities to reach sales targets; records and reports sales figures; maintains good customer relations with new and regular clients; performing cashiering duties.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manages store team
  • Strive to attain sales target
  • Ensure proper maintenance and appearance of merchandise display and manage the store's inventory
  • Record sales figures and coordinate with other departments for the reporting of sales records and other information
  • Ensure the timely collection of accounts receivables
  • Build positive relationship with customers
  • Build new customer base to maximize sales
  • Event selling
  • Coordinating with store operations for activities regarding stores within the area of operation covered by the Eljan Sports Branch
  • Issues official receipts for all purchases and payments
  • Receives and records all payments and reconciliation of daily cash, checks customer deposits and credit card sales with total of all receipts issued.
  • Custodian of daily cash and check receipts for the Eljan Sports Branch.
  • Prepares cash and check deposit slips for the daily's sales.
  • Makes sure that all sales and collection are deposited on the branch's designated bank account the following working day.
  • Prepares and submits daily sales and deposit reports to Treasury Head.

  • Handles the branch's petty cash fund.

  • Custodian of petty cash fund, secures sales and petty cash.

-Records all disbursements and advances made on the petty cash fund

-Prepares daily transaction and replenishment report.

-Balances sales and petty cash reports versus actual count.

  • Assist in branch selling activities.

-Event selling

-Customer assistance

-Preparation of orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
