About the Role
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful CRM & Customer Success Manager to build and manage our pipeline of healthcare customers while ensuring long-term success with our FDA-cleared ATUSA device. This pivotal role combines customer relationship management, success enablement, and outbound prospecting. You will actively build the funnel by identifying and reaching out to clinics, OB/GYN offices, imaging centers, and hospitals, while also managing existing customer relationships from onboarding through long-term support.
You'll own our HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean and actionable data, creating workflows that drive efficiency, and enabling seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is excited about directly shaping the future of AI-powered healthcare.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Pipeline Management- Build, optimize, and manage our HubSpot CRM pipeline to ensure accurate tracking of all prospects, customers, and lifecycle stages.
Proactively scrub the web, research target markets, and directly call clinics/medical centers to identify new opportunities and expand our outreach list. - Develop and maintain CRM dashboards for real-time visibility into customer health, pipeline growth, and renewals.
- Create and implement workflows and automations to improve pipeline efficiency and visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing success.
- Maintain accurate records of doctors, clinics, and medical entities using ATUSA devices.
- Lead customer onboarding, including setup guidance, training, and support documentation.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups (calls, emails, texts) to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Capture and escalate customer feedback to internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Product).
- Ensure seamless transitions between sales and field support teams.
- Partner with Marketing to execute outbound campaigns, email drips, and reporting.
- Support Finance and Operations with accurate CRM data for billing, invoicing, and analytics.
- Contribute to customer communication strategies, best practices, and process improvements across the organization.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM pipeline management, customer success, or account management (B2B preferred).
- HubSpot CRM expertise required; experience building workflows, automations, and dashboards strongly preferred.
- Strong outbound communication skills—comfortable cold calling clinics/centers, sending follow-ups, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment.
Background in healthcare, medical devices, or health tech strongly preferred.
Experience with invoicing tools or basic accounting systems is a plus.
