About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our growing team at Good Pastry Café' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth and leading a team of passionate professionals.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and financial reporting

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

  • Lead, train, and develop a team of baristas and customer service representatives

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

  • Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement best practices

  • Analyze sales data and customer trends to make informed business decisions

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail or hospitality management role

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and data analysis

  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry, with a passion for quality and innovation

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
