Responsibilities- Define, implement, and manage the overall testing strategy for multiple projects
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of test phases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Manage and mentor Test Leads and their teams, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to align testing with business objectives
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines for testing activities
- Ensure effective risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential testing risks
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any four-year course
- With at least 8 years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles
- Experience in Software Testing for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SAP systems (MM, SD, WM, FICO, ERP), Automation, or Performance Testing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders effectively
- Having knowledge of AI concepts, with the ability to discern and evaluate AI-generated content is highly preferred
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in test management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations while maintaining quality standards
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a culture of excellence
- Eager to learn and willing to be trained
