- Billing (Creating Sales Invoices, Billing Invoices, and Collection Receipts)
- Collection (Every Friday)
- Monitoring purchase orders and supplier due dates based on their terms.
- Reviewing and monitoring collection receipts to invoices to verify client payments.
- Summary of Booklet Encoding: (Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Service Invoice, Billing Invoice, and Collection Receipt)
- Release of Check to the Supplier
- (Accreditation, Supplier Commitment, Affidavit, and Company Assets)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
