  • Collection (Every Friday)
  • Monitoring purchase orders and supplier due dates based on their terms.
  • Reviewing and monitoring collection receipts to invoices to verify client payments.
  • Summary of Booklet Encoding: (Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Service Invoice, Billing Invoice, and Collection Receipt)
  • Release of Check to the Supplier
  • (Accreditation, Supplier Commitment, Affidavit, and Company Assets)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time
