Customer Support Agent

This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week
- Within 8AM-5PM Pacific Timezone (US)
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Assist with hiring paperwork and documentation.
- Manage and update staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Track and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Support general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support, administrative, or operations role.
- Experience using customer support tools such as HubSpot, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
