This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week 
  • Within 8AM-5PM Pacific Timezone (US)
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Assist with hiring paperwork and documentation.
  • Manage and update staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
  • Track and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Support general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support, administrative, or operations role.
  • Experience using customer support tools such as HubSpot, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
